      The system will not detect dust in the oil. If the vehicle is driven in a dusty area be sure to change the oil and filter every 3,000 miles, or sooner if the "CHANGE OIL SOON" indicator comes on. Reset indicator. Never drive the vehicle more then 10,000 miles or 12 months without an oil and filter change.
