The Getrag M35 transmission is a 5-speed unit that is synchronized in all gears. The transmission has a 2 piece aluminum housing which consists of the following components:

^ The mainshaft
^ The mainshaft gears
^ The countershaft
^ The reverse idler gear
^ The shift forks
^ The shift shaft components

The Getrag transmission is used in cars.
