LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DESCRIPTION AND OPERATION (TRUNK AJAR INDICATOR)

Trunk Ajar Indicator
The IPC illuminates the TRUNK OPEN indicator in the DIC when the rear integration module (RIM) detects that the rear compartment is open and the ignition is ON. The IPC receives a class 2 message from the RIM requesting illumination.
