AIR OUTLET DUCT REPLACEMENT - INSTRUMENT PANEL (I/P) - UPPER LEFT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the instrument panel assembly.




2. Remove the air outlet duct mounting screw (1).




3. Remove the air outlet duct mounting screw (1).




4. Remover the adapter duct screws (1, 2).




5. Remove the left side temperature sensor from the left air outlet duct.




6. Remove the left air outlet duct.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the left air outlet duct.




2. Install the adapter duct screws (1, 2).

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

Tighten
Tighten the screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).





3. Install the left air outlet duct screw (1).

Tighten
Tighten the screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).





4. Install the left side air temperature sensor into the left air outlet duct.




5. Install the left air outlet duct screw (1).

Tighten
Tighten the screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

6. Install the instrument panel.
