AIR OUTLET DUCT REPLACEMENT - INSTRUMENT PANEL (I/P) - UPPER RIGHT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the instrument panel assembly.




2. Remove the right air outlet duct mounting screw (2).
3. Remove the adapter duct mounting screw (1).




4. Remove the right air outlet duct mounting screw (1).
5. Remove the right side temperature sensor from the right air outlet duct.




6. Remove the right air outlet duct.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the right air outlet duct.




2. Install the right air outlet duct screws (1, 2).

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

Tighten
Tighten the screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).




3. Install the right air outlet duct screw (1).

Tighten
Tighten the screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

4. Install the right side air temperature sensor into the right air outlet duct.
5. Install the instrument panel.
