Headlamp Bulb: Service and Repair

HEADLAMP BULB REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the headlamp.




2. Remove the headlamp bulb cover by pressing on the top lever tab and rotating the cover down.




3. Remove the socket and the bulb from the headlamp.

CAUTION: Refer to Halogen Bulb Caution in Service Precautions.

4. Remove the bulb from the socket.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the bulb to the socket.
2. Install the socket with the bulb to the headlamp.




3. Install the headlamp cover. Assure the lever tab is engaged into position.
4. Install the headlamp assembly.
