Radiator Hose Replacement - Outlet (LA3, LY9)

Tools Required
^ J38185 Hose Clamp Pliers

Removal Procedure





1. Drain the cooling system.
2. Position the J38185 to the clamp in order to remove the radiator outlet hose (1) from the cooling pipe.
3. Raise the vehicle.





4. Position the J37097-A to the clamp (2) in order to remove the hose (1) from the radiator.
5. Remove the hose from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure
1. Position the radiator outlet hose into the vehicle.





2. Position the J38185 to the clamp (2) in order to connect the hose (1) to the radiator.
3. Install the air deflector.





4. Position the J38185 to the clamp in order to connect the hose (1) to the cooling pipe.
5. Fill the cooling system.
