Instrument Panel Center Trim Panel Replacement

Removal Procedure





1. Remove the radio. Refer toRadio Replacement in Entertainment.
2. Remove the HVAC control. Refer toHVAC Control Module Replacement in HVAC Systems - Automatic (Includes Electronic and Dual Zone).
3. Remove the center HVAC air outlet. Refer toInstrument Panel Center Air Outlet Deflector Replacement in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning.
4. Remove the screws securing the instrument panel (I/P) center trim panel.



Installation Procedure





1. Position the center trim panel to the I/P.

Notice: Refer toFastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

2. Install the screws securing the I/P center trim panel.

Tighten the screws to 2 Nm (18 lb in).

3. Install the center HVAC air outlet. Refer toInstrument Panel Center Air Outlet Deflector Replacement in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning.
4. Install the HVAC control. Refer toHVAC Control Module Replacement in HVAC Systems - Automatic (Includes Electronic and Dual Zone).
5. Install the radio. Refer toRadio Replacement in Entertainment.
