Power Steering Cooler Replacement (FE3)

Removal Procedure





1. Remove the radiator.
2. Remove the hoses from the power steering cooler.
3. Remove the power steering cooler retaining screws.
4. Remove the power steering cooler.

Installation Procedure





1. Install the power steering cooler.

2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

Install the power steering cooler retaining screws.

Tighten the screws to 5.4 Nm (48 inch lbs.).
3. Install the hoses to the power steering cooler.
4. Install the radiator.
5. Bleed the power steering system.
