Seat Back Cover and Pad Replacement - Rear
SEAT BACK COVER AND PAD REPLACEMENT - REARREMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the seat back.
2. Remove the head restraints on DHS models.
3. Remove the pass-through pocket.
4. Remove the heated seat modules.
5. Remove the hog rings and J channels retaining the seat back cover (1) to the seat frame.
6. Pull the seat back cover (1) and the cushion (2) from the frame.
7. Remove the hog rings from the ditches on the seat back foam pad in order to release the seat cover from the seat foam pad.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Position the seat back cover to the foam pad.
2. Press the seams down into the ditches on the foam pad, and install hog rings, in order to retain the seat cover to the foam pad.
3. Position the foam cushion (2) and pad to the seat back frame.
4. Work the cover edges over the foam cushion.
5. Install the hog rings and J channels in order to retain the rear seat back cover and foam pad to the seat back frame.
6. Install the pass-through pocket to the seat back.
7. Install the heated seat modules.
8. Install the seat back.
9. Install the head restraints, on DHS models.
