Radiator Hose Replacement- Outlet

^ Tools Required
- J 37097-A Hose Clamp Remover/Installer
- J 38185 Hose Clamp Pliers

Removal Procedure





1. Partially drain the cooling system.
2. Remove the upper filler panel.
3. Remove the air cleaner assembly.
4. Position the J 38185 to the clamp in order to remove the outlet radiator hose (2) from the thermostat housing.





5. Position the J 37097-A to the clamp in order to remove the outlet radiator hose from the radiator.
6. Remove the outlet radiator hose from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure





1. Position the J 37097-A to the clamp in order to connect the outlet radiator hose to the radiator.





2. Position the J 38185 to the clamp in order to connect the outlet radiator hose (2) to the thermostat housing.
3. Install the air cleaner assembly.
4. Install the upper filler panel.
5. Fill the cooling system.
