Fog Lamp Replacement - Front

FOG LAMP REPLACEMENT - FRONT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the front air deflector.




2. Disconnect the fog lamp electrical connector (2) from the fog lamp (1).




3. Remove the fasteners (3) securing the fog lamp (2) to the fog lamp bracket (1).
4. Remove the fog lamp (2).
5. If the fog lamp bracket requires replacement, remove the front bumper fascia.




6. Remove the fasteners (1) securing the fog lamp bracket (3) to the front impact bar (2).
7. Remove the fog lamp bracket (3).

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the fog lamp bracket (3).

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the fasteners (1) in order to secure the fog lamp bracket (3) to the front impact bar (2).

Tighten
Tighten the fog lamp bracket mounting fasteners to 9 N.m (80 lb in).

3. Install the front bumper fascia.




4. Install the fog lamp (2).
5. Install the fasteners (3) in order to secure the fog lamp (2) to the fog lamp bracket (1).

Tighten
Tighten the fog lamp fasteners to 6 N.m (53 lb in).




6. Connect the fog lamp electrical connector (2) to the fog lamp (1).
7. Install the front air deflector.
