REAR COMPARTMENT LAMP

The RIM energizes the interior lamp relay which provides battery positive voltage to the rear compartment lamp. When the rear deck lid opens, the rear compartment lamp switch in the latch assembly closes to provide a ground for the rear compartment lamp.
