80. Oil Pan Assemble

Oil Pan Assemble





1. Install the skid plate.

2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice .

Install the skid plate bolts.
^ Tighten the skid plate bolts to 10 Nm (89 inch lbs.).





3. Install the oil pan drain plug and NEW O-ring seal.
^ Tighten the oil pan drain plug to 20 Nm (15 ft. lbs.).





4. Install the NEW oil suction pipe O-ring.





5. Install the oil suction pipe.
6. Install the oil suction pipe bolts.
^ Tighten the oil suction pipe bolt to 10 Nm (89 inch lbs.).





7. Install the oil pan scraper.
8. Install the oil pan scraper bolts.
^ Tighten the oil pan scraper bolts to 10 Nm (89 inch lbs.).
