Bumper Extension Replacement - Front

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the front bumper fascia.
2. Remove the front energy absorber.




3. Remove the bolts (1) attaching the front extension (3) to the front impact bar (2).
4. Remove the extension (3) from the impact bar (2).

Installation Procedure




1. Position the extension (3) to the impact bar (2)

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the bolts (1) that attach the extension (3) to the impact bar (3).

Tighten the bolts to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).

3. Install the front energy absorber.
4. Install the fascia.
