Seat Cushion Cover Replacement - Driver Side

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the seat.




2. Remove the seat belt buckle and pretentioner from the seat frame.
3. Remove the driver seat finish panel.
4. Remove the driver seat rear panel bracket.




5. Remove the retaining clips which secure the cushion cover to the seat frame.
6. Remove the cover from the seat.

Installation Procedure




1. Position the trim cover over the seat cushion foam.
2. Install the cover to the seat frame.
3. Install the attaching retainers from the cover to the seat frame.
4. Install the rear flap ends together. Engage the hook and the loop.
5. Install the driver seat rear panel bracket.
6. Install the driver seat finish pane.






Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

7. Install the seat belt buckle and the pretentioner to the seat frame.

Tighten the mounting nut to 40 N.m (29 lb ft).

8. Install the seat.
