Engine Coolant Thermostat Housing Installation




1. Install the NEW thermostat housing O-ring.




2. Install the thermostat housing.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice.

3. Install the thermostat housing bolts.

Tighten the thermostat housing bolt to 10 N.m (89 lb in).




4. Install the NEW thermostat housing assembly O-ring and gasket.




5. Install the thermostat housing assembly.
6. Install the thermostat housing assembly bolts.

Tighten the thermostat housing assembly bolt to 10 N.m (89 lb in).




7. Install the NEW heater inlet/outlet pipe assembly O-ring and gasket.




8. Install the heater inlet/outlet pipe assembly.
9. Install the heater inlet/outlet pipe assembly bolts.

Tighten the heater inlet/outlet pipe assembly bolt to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
