Rear Floor Air Outlet Duct Replacement - Left Side

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the front carpet.




2. Remove the push pin (2) from the duct (1) and the carpet.




3. Disconnect the wiring (1) from the duct.




4. Press the tab to release the duct from the HVAC module.




5. Disconnect the duct from the module.




6. Remove the rear duct nut (1).




7. Remove the air outlet duct (1).

Installation Procedure




1. Install the air outlet duct (1).






Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice.

2. Install the rear duct nut (1).

Tighten the nut to 9 N.m (80 lb in).




3. Connect air outlet duct to the HVAC module.




4. Connect the wiring (1) to the duct.




5. Install the push pin (2) from the duct (1) and the carpet.
6. Install the front carpet.
