Rear Tow Hook Replacement


Removal Procedure





1.Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .

2.Remove the bolts (1) from the tow hook.

3.Remove the nut (2) from the tow hook.

4.Remove the tow hook from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure





1.Install the tow hook to the vehicle.

Important:Loosely install all the fasteners before tightening.

2.Install the bolts (1) to the tow hook.

Notice:Refer to Fastener Notice .

3.Install the nut (2) to the tow hook.

TightenTighten the bolts and nut to 25 N �m (18 lb ft).

4.Lower the vehicle.
