Drive Belt Idler Pulley Installation

Center Drive Belt Idler Pulley - A/C Compressor, Water Pump and Power Steering Pump




1. Select the center drive belt idler pulley (1).




2. Install the center drive belt idler pulley.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice.

3. Tighten the center drive belt idler pulley bolt.

Tighten the center drive belt idler pulley bolt to 50 N.m (37 lb ft).

Outer Drive Belt Idler Pulley - Supercharger

Lower




1. Select the lower outer drive belt idler pulley (2).




2. Install the lower outer drive belt idler pulley.
3. Tighten the lower outer drive belt idler pulley bolt.

Tighten the lower outer drive belt idler pulley bolt to 50 N.m (37 lb ft).

Upper




1. Select the upper outer drive belt idler pulley (3).




2. Install the upper outer drive belt idler pulley.
3. Tighten the upper outer drive belt idler pulley bolt.

Tighten the upper outer drive belt idler pulley bolt to 50 N.m (37 lb ft).
