Park Brake System Diagnosis

Diagnostic Starting Point - Park Brake

Begin the system diagnosis by reviewing the system description and operation. Reviewing the description and operation information will help you determine the correct symptom diagnostic procedure when a malfunction exists. Visual/Physical Inspection

* Inspect for aftermarket devices which could affect the operation of the park brake system.
* Inspect the easily accessible or visible system components for obvious damage or conditions which could cause the symptom.
