Condition
Some customers may comment on a Service Tire Monitor System message displayed in the DIC and Tire Pressure Warning Light being illuminated. When the customer uses the DIC to view the tire pressure readings dashes are displayed.
A scan tool may reveal one or more of the following DTCs set:
C0750
C0755
C0760
C0765
Cause
This condition may be caused by radio frequency interference (RFI) because some vehicles were produced with a section of the remote control door lock receiver (RCDLR) wire harness missing the foil wrap shielding tape.
Correction
Remove the rear window (shelf) trim panel following the procedure in SI. Inspect for the presence of foil wrap on the RCDLR harness from the connector to where it branches out of main body harness (approximately 150 mm (6 in) length). If the foil wrap is missing add shielding 3M(TM) Aluminum Foil Tape 425 or equivalent to the harness. Wrap completely around the harness from the branch to the connector. To verify the repair the vehicle must be driven for at least 20 minutes to allow for TPM diagnostic cycle.
