Driver Seat Cushion Cover Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the seat. Refer to Seat Replacement (Seat Replacement) .




2. Remove the seat belt buckle and pretentioner from the seat frame. Refer to Seat Belt Buckle Pretensioner Replacement (Removal and Replacement) .
3. Remove the driver seat finish panel. Refer to Driver Seat Outer Finish Panel Replacement (Driver Seat Outer Finish Panel Replacement) .
4. Remove the driver seat rear panel bracket. Refer to Driver Seat Rear Panel Bracket Replacement (Driver Seat Rear Panel Bracket Replacement) .




5. Remove the retaining clips which secure the cushion cover to the seat frame.
6. Remove the cover from the seat.



Installation Procedure





1. Position the trim cover over the seat cushion foam.
2. Install the cover to the seat frame.
3. Install the attaching retainers from the cover to the seat frame.
4. Install the rear flap ends together. Engage the hook and the loop.
5. Install the driver seat rear panel bracket. Refer to Driver Seat Rear Panel Bracket Replacement (Driver Seat Rear Panel Bracket Replacement) .
6. Install the driver seat finish pane. Refer to Driver Seat Outer Finish Panel Replacement (Driver Seat Outer Finish Panel Replacement) .





Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice (Fastener Notice) .

7. Install the seat belt buckle and the pretentioner to the seat frame.

Tighten the mounting nut to 40 N.m (29 lb ft).

8. Install the seat. Refer to Seat Replacement (Seat Replacement) .
