Front Caster and Camber Adjustment (RWD)

* J 45845 Caster and Camber Adjusting Tool
* J-45845-10 Caster and Camber Adjusting Rod




1. Install the J 45845 or the J-45845-10 to the lower control arm and the frame.
2. Loosen the front and rear lower control arm to frame nuts and bolts.
3. Adjust the camber angle by turning the turnbuckle on J 45845 or the J-45845-10 until the specifications have been met.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

4. Tighten the front control to frame bolt to 200 Nm (148 lb ft).
5. Tighten the rear control arm to frame bolt to 320 Nm (236 lb ft).
6. Verify that the camber is still with specifications. Refer to Wheel Alignment Specifications (Specifications).
7. Adjust the rear toe. Refer to Rear Toe Adjustment (Service and Repair).
