Front Floor Console Cup Holder Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the front floor console. Refer to Front Floor Console Replacement (Service and Repair).




2. Remove the front HVAC duct (1).
3. Remove the screws (2) securing the side impact brace.




4. Remove the screws (1) securing the center HVAC duct.
5. Remove the HVAC Duct assembly.
6. Disconnect the electrical connections.




7. Remove the screws (1) securing the cupholder to the console.




8. Remove the screws (1) securing the cupholder to the top of the console.

Installation Procedure





Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

1. Install the screws (1) securing the cupholder to the top of the console.

Tighten the screws to 2 Nm (18 lb in).




2. Install the screws (1) securing the cupholder to the console.

Tighten the screws to 2 Nm (18 lb in).

3. Connect the electrical connections to the HVAC duct assembly.
4. Install the HVAC Duct assembly into the console assembly.




5. Install the screws (1) securing the center HVAC duct.

Tighten the screws to 2 Nm (18 lb in).




6. Install the front HVAC duct (1).
7. Install the screws (2) securing the side impact brace.

Tighten the screws to 2 Nm (18 lb in).

8. Install the front floor console. Refer to Front Floor Console Replacement (Service and Repair).
