Intake Air Duct Seal Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Remove front section of the supercharger inlet duct. Refer to Supercharger Inlet Duct Assembly Replacement (Supercharger Inlet Duct Assembly Replacement).
2. Loosen the screw clamps on the supercharger inlet duct seals.
3. Remove the supercharger inlet duct seals (2).




4. Remove the rear section of the supercharger inlet duct assembly. Refer to Supercharger Inlet Duct Assembly Replacement (Supercharger Inlet Duct Assembly Replacement).
5. Loosen the screw clamp on the supercharger inlet duct seal.
6. Remove the supercharger inlet duct seal.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the supercharger inlet duct seal and clamp to the throttle body.
Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

2. Tighten the supercharger inlet duct seal screw clamp to 2.5Nm (20 lb in).
3. Install the rear section of the supercharger inlet duct assembly. Refer to Supercharger Inlet Duct Assembly Replacement (Supercharger Inlet Duct Assembly Replacement).




4. Install the supercharger inlet duct seals and clamps (2) to the front section of the supercharger inlet duct.
5. Tighten the screw clamps on the supercharger inlet duct seals to 2.5Nm (20 lb in).
6. Install the front section of the supercharger inlet duct. Refer to Supercharger Inlet Duct Assembly Replacement (Supercharger Inlet Duct Assembly Replacement).
