Rear Compartment Lid Valet Lock Out Switch Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Open the instrument panel (I/P) storage compartment door.




2. Use a flat-bladed tool in order to disengage the valet lockout switch from the I/P compartment trim bezel.




3. Disconnect the electrical connector (1).
4. Remove the valet lockout switch.

Installation Procedure




1. Connect the electrical connector (1) to the valet lockout switch.
2. Align the lockout switch to the I/P compartment trim bezel.
3. Push the switch inward in order to fasten the bezel.
4. Close the I/P storage compartment door.
