Ignition Lock Key Transmitter Antenna Replacement - Rear Compartment

Removal Procedure

1. Open the rear compartment.
2. Remove the rear compartment sill plate trim. Refer to Rear Compartment Sill Trim Plate Replacement (Service and Repair).
3. Disconnect the wire lead from the transmitter antenna.




4. Pull on the antenna to disengage the antenna from the retaining bracket.

Installation Procedure




1. Push on the antenna to engage the antenna to the retaining bracket.
2. Connect the wire lead to the transmitter antenna.
3. Install the rear compartment sill plate trim. Refer to Rear Compartment Sill Trim Plate Replacement (Service and Repair).
4. Close the rear compartment.
