Front Bumper Impact Bar Extension Replacement


Removal Procedure

1.Remove the front bumper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement Front Bumper Fascia Replacement .

2.Remove the front energy absorber. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Energy Absorber Replacement Front Bumper Fascia Energy Absorber Replacement .





3.Remove the bolts (1) attaching the front extension (3) to the front impact bar (2).

4.Remove the extension (3) from the impact bar (2).

Installation Procedure





1.Position the extension (3) to the impact bar (2)

Caution:Refer to Fastener Caution .

2.Install the bolts (1) that attach the extension (3) to the impact bar (3) and tighten to20 N �m (15 lb ft).

3.Install the front energy absorber. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Energy Absorber Replacement Front Bumper Fascia Energy Absorber Replacement .

4.Install the fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement Front Bumper Fascia Replacement .
