Rear Compartment Lid Inner Panel Trim Replacement

Tools Required

J 38778 Door Trim Pad and Garnish Clip Remover

Removal Procedure

1. Open the rear compartment lid.




2. Use J 38778 to remove the push-in retainers from the trim panel on the rear compartment lid.
3. Disconnect the electrical harness connector from the compartment lid trim.
4. Remove the trim panel from the rear compartment lid.

Installation Procedure




1. Position the trim panel to the rear compartment lid.
2. Connect the electrical harness connector to the compartment lid trim.
3. Install the push-in retainers to the trim panel.
4. Close the rear compartment lid.
