Driver Seat Cushion Ventilation Heating and Cooling Blower Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the seat. Refer to Driver or Passenger Seat Replacement (Driver or Passenger Seat Replacement).
2. Cut the tie straps to the blower from the seat ductwork.




3. Disconnect the electrical connection to the blower assembly.
4. Remove the screws from the blower to the seat bottom.
5. Remove the blower assembly from the seat bottom.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the blower assembly to the seat bottom.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

2. Install the blower assembly screws to the seat bottom and tighten to 2.5 Nm (22 lb in).
3. Connect the electrical connection to the blower assembly.
4. Install the seat ductwork to the blower. Secure the ductwork with new tie straps.
5. Install the seat. Refer to Driver or Passenger Seat Replacement (Driver or Passenger Seat Replacement).
