78. Oil Pan Assemble

Oil Pan Assemble




1. Install NEW O-rings on the oil level sensor and oil drain plug.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

2. Install the oil pan oil level sensor.

Tighten the oil pan oil level sensor to 20 Nm (15 lb ft).




3. Install the oil pan baffle.




4. Install the oil pan baffle bolts.

Tighten the oil pan baffle bolts to 12 Nm (106 lb in)




5. Install the oil drain plug.

Tighten the oil drain plug to 25 Nm (18 lb ft).
