Engine Coolant Thermostat Housing Installation




1. Install the NEW thermostat housing assembly O-ring and gasket.




2. Install the thermostat housing assembly.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

3. Install the thermostat housing assembly bolts and tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb in).




4. Install the NEW heater inlet/outlet pipe assembly O-ring and gasket.




5. Install the heater inlet/outlet pipe assembly.
6. Install the heater inlet/outlet pipe assembly bolts and tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb in).
