Bolts (1-10) first pass 50 Nm (37 lb ft)
Bolts (1-10) second pass 80 degrees
Bolts (1-10) final pass 55 degrees
Bolts (11-15) 30 Nm (22 lb ft)

Surface Flatness - Block Deck - Measured within a 152.4 mm (6.0 in) Area 0.08 mm (0.003 in)
Surface Flatness - Block Deck - Measuring the Overall Length of the Cylinder Head 0.1 mm (0.004 in)
Surface Flatness - Exhaust Manifold Deck 0.1 mm (0.004 in)
Surface Flatness - Intake Manifold Deck 0.08 mm (0.0031 in)

First pass 5 Nm (44 lb in)
Final pass 10 Nm (89 lb in)

Exhaust manifold

First pass 15 Nm (11 lb ft)
Final pass 20 Nm (15 lb ft)
Tighten beginning with the center 2 bolts. Alternate from side-to-side, and work toward the outside bolts.
