Second pass additional 70 degrees
Third pass additional 60 degrees
Final pass additional 45 degrees
M6 bolts 12 Nm (106 lb in)
Cylinder head warpage
If warpage is less than 0.05 mm (0.002 in), the cylinder head surface does not require resurfacing.
If warpage is between 0.05-0.20 mm (0.002-0.008 in), the cylinder head must be resurfaced.
Intake manifold
Tighten 10 Nm (89 lb in)
Camshaft Bearing Cap Bolt
First Pass 5 Nm (44 lb in)
Final Pass +30 degrees

Camshaft Sprocket Bolt 120 Nm (89 lb ft)
Exhaust manifold
Left
Tighten bolts starting from right to left beginning with the bolt in this location (2)
Tighten bolts 25 Nm (18 lb ft)
Right
Tighten nuts 25 Nm (18 lb ft)
