Engine Coolant Fan Motor Replacement (LH2 without V03, LLT)

Removal Procedure

2. Remove the cooling fan. Refer to Engine Coolant Fan Replacement (LH2 Heavy Duty Cooling) ()Engine Coolant Fan Replacement (LH2 without V03, LLT) (Service and Repair)




3. Remove the motor retaining screws (1).




4. Remove the motor from the shroud (1).

Installation Procedure




1. Install the motor to the shroud (1).





Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

2. Install the motor retaining screws (1) and tighten to 7 Nm (62 lb in).

4. Install the cooling fan shroud. Refer to Engine Coolant Fan Shroud Replacement (LH2 with V03) (Service and Repair)Engine Coolant Fan Shroud Replacement (LH2 without V03, LLT) (Service and Repair)
