DT-48371 - Plug Wrench

Removal Procedure





Note: When performing the following procedure, use only hand tools to remove and install the drain and fill plugs.

1. Raise and suitably support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle Service and Repair.

2. Reposition the underbody insulation as necessary to gain access to the fill plug.

3. Remove the fill plug (6) using the DT-48371 - plug wrench.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the fill plug (6) and tighten with hand plus 1.25 turns using the DT-48371 - plug wrench.

2. Lower the vehicle.
