Air Suspension System Depressurization and Pressurization

Depressurization Procedure

1. Raise the vehicle enough so that the all 4 tires assembly's are just off the ground. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle Service and Repair.

Warning

Do NOT remove an air supply pipe in an attempt to depressurize the air suspension. Always follow the Air Suspension Depressurization Procedure in Air Suspension. Failure to follow this procedure may cause personal injury or damage to the vehicle.

2. Connect the Scan tool to Depressurize the air suspension system.

* From Scan tool menu, select Suspension Control Module,

* Select Control Functions

* Select Depressurize

* Follow on Screen instructions

Note: System will still have residual pressure. To remove all pressure, slowly loosen a fitting at the air compressor or spring.

Pressurization Procedure

1. Connect Scan tool to Pressurize the air suspension system.

* From Scan tool menu, select Suspension Control Module,

* Select Control Functions

* Select Pressurize

* Follow on Screen instructions

2. Lower the vehicle

3. Start the vehicle and run for 2 minutes to ensure that the air spring is completely pressurized and functioning properly.
