Outside Temperature Sensor

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

CAUTION: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution in Service Precautions.

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable from the battery.

2. Disconnect the outside air temperature sensor electrical connector.

3. Remove the push-in retainer securing the sensor to the upper right side radiator support.

4. Remove the sensor from the radiator support.


INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

1. Install the sensor into the upper right side radiator support.

- The sensor must point inboard.

2. Secure the sensor to the radiator support with a push-in retainer.

3. Connect the electrical connector.

4. Connect the negative battery cable.
