Wheelhouse Panel Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the front wheelhouse panel liner screw caps (5).
2. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Vehicle Lifting.
3. Remove the front tire and wheel.
4. Remove the wheelhouse panel liner screws (3) from the following components:

* The liner (4)
* The lower deflector (6)

5. Remove the front wheelhouse panel liner screws (1) from the liner (4).
6. Remove the front wheelhouse panel liner retainers (2).
7. Remove the wheelhouse panel liner (4).

Installation Procedure




1. Install the wheelhouse panel liner (4).
2. Install the front wheelhouse panel liner retainers (2).

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

3. Install the front wheelhouse panel liner screws (1) from the liner (4).

Tighten the front wheelhouse panel liner screws (1) to 1 N.m (9 lb in).

4. Install the wheelhouse panel liner screws (3) to the following components:

* The liner (4)
* The lower deflector (6)

5. Install the front tire and wheel.
6. Lower the vehicle.
7. Install the front wheelhouse panel liner screw caps (5).
