Drain Cock Replacement

Removal Procedure





1. Drain the cooling system.
2. Turn the drain cock counterclockwise in order to open the drain cock.
3. Pull the stem out of the radiator body.
4. Clean or replace the seal and stem as necessary.

Installation Procedure





1. Return the stem to the radiator body.
2. Turn the drain clockwise in order to close the drain cock.
3. Fill the cooling system.
