Supercede:
This bulletin is being revised to add the 2007 Chevrolet Impala and Monte Carlo and radio RPOs US8 and US9. Please discard Corporate Bulletin Number 08-08-44-003 (Section 08-Body and Accessories)

Condition

Some customers may comment on intermittent radio operation. This could also be reported as strange turn signal sounds/click-clack/chimes with no other radio or audio muting.

Cause

This condition may be caused by a software anomaly.

Correction

Important:
DO NOT REPLACE THE RADIO.

A revised radio calibration has been developed to address this issue. Reprogram the radio with an updated software calibration. This new service calibration is available on TIS2WEB using the Service Programming System (SPS). As always make sure your Tech2(R) is updated with the latest software version.
