Valve Lifter Oil Manifold Installation





Important:
* All gasket surfaces should be free of oil or other foreign material during assembly.

* Do not allow dirt or debris to enter the oil passages of the manifold. Plug as required.

* Do not reuse the manifold gasket. Always install a NEW service gasket during assembly.

* Do not reuse the LOMA oil manifold filter. Always install a NEW filter during assembly.

Install a NEW oil manifold gasket (4).
1. Install a NEW oil manifold filter (3) in the oil manifold (2).
2. Install the oil manifold (2).

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice.

3. Install the oil manifold bolts (1).

Tighten the manifold bolts to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).
