Horn Replacement (Notchback)

Removal Procedure

Caution: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution (Battery Disconnect Caution).
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the left headlamp assembly. Refer to Headlamp Replacement (Notchback) (Service and Repair)Headlamp Replacement (Hatchback) (Service and Repair).




3. Remove the bolt from the horn.
4. Disconnect the electrical connector.
5. Remove the horn (1).


Installation Procedure




1. Connect the electrical connector.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice (Fastener Notice).

2. Install the horn (1) with the bolt.

Tighten the horn bolt to 21 N.m (16 lb ft).

3. Install the left headlamp assembly. Refer to Headlamp Replacement (Notchback) (Service and Repair)Headlamp Replacement (Hatchback) (Service and Repair).
4. Connect the negative battery cable.
