Inspect
    Restraints and Safety Systems
      Inspect restraint system components. Make sure the safety belt reminder light and all your belts, buckles, latch plates, retractors and anchorages are working properly. Look for any other loose or damaged safety belt system parts. If you see anything that might keep a safety belt system from doing its job, have it repaired. Have any torn or frayed safety belts replaced.
    Positive Crankcase Ventilation
      Inspect PCV system.
    Evaporative Emissions System
      Inspect EVAP canister, vapor lines, and EVAP vent solenoid valve.
    Drive Belt
      Inspect drive belt(s).
Replace
    Timing Belt
      Replace timing belt.
    Spark Plug
      Replace spark plugs.
    Oil Filter, Engine
      Change engine oil filter (or every 12 months, whichever occurs first).
    Ignition Cable
      Replace spark plug wires.
    Engine Oil
      Change engine oil (or every 12 months, whichever occurs first).
    Canister Vent Valve
      Replace EVAP vent solenoid valve.
    Cabin Air Filter / Purifier
      Replace passenger compartment air filter. If you drive regularly under dusty conditions, the filter may require replacement more often.
    Air Filter Element
      Replace engine air cleaner filter.
Rotate
    Tires
      A good time to check your brakes is during tire rotation.
