Roof Lift Off Panel Rear Latch Striker Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the roof bow center interior trim panel. Refer to Rear Roof Bow Trim Panel Replacement (Service and Repair) .




2. Mark the location of the striker.
3. Remove the bolts attaching the striker.
4. Remove the striker.



Installation Procedure





1. Position the striker to the marks made before removal.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice .

2. Install the striker attaching bolts.

Tighten the roof rear latch striker bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

3. Install the roof bow center interior trim panel. Refer to Rear Roof Bow Trim Panel Replacement (Service and Repair) .
