Folding Top Number 3 and Number 4 Bow Link Replacement

Removal Procedure






Notice: Prying against the folding top rails could result in damage to parts.

1. Roll back the front and rear corners of the top cover. Refer to Folding Top Cover Replacement (Folding Top Cover Replacement) .
2. Position the folding top with the number one bow and the number five bow up, to access fasteners and minimize tension on pins and linkage.
3. Remove the number three and four link spring flex clips (1).
4. Remove the number three and four link pins (2).
5. Remove the clip from the three and four link (3).
6. Remove the number three and four link (4).



Installation Procedure





1. Install the number three and four link (4).
2. Install the clip to the three and four link (3).
3. Install the number three and four link pins (1).
4. Install the three and four link spring flex clips (2).
5. Install the front and rear corners of the top cover. Refer to Folding Top Cover Replacement (Folding Top Cover Replacement) .
6. Ensure that the folding top is in align with door windows.
