Seat Belt Retractor Replacement - Right Front (Convertible)

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the passenger seat assembly. Refer to Seat Replacement (Seat Replacement) .
2. Remove the intermediate carpet. Refer to Intermediate Carpet Replacement (Convertible) (Service and Repair)Intermediate Carpet Replacement (Coupe) (Service and Repair) .




3. Remove the bolts (1) attaching the retractor.
4. Remove the bolt securing the seat belt anchor to the seat.
5. Remove the retractor (2) assembly from the vehicle.



Installation Procedure

1. Position the retractor assembly in the vehicle.





Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice (Fastener Notice) .

2. Install the retractor (2) and seat belt anchor bolts (1).

Tighten the bolts to 41 N.m (31 lb ft).

3. Install the intermediate carpet. Refer to Intermediate Carpet Replacement (Convertible) (Service and Repair)Intermediate Carpet Replacement (Coupe) (Service and Repair) .
4. Install the drivers seat. Refer to Seat Replacement (Seat Replacement) .
