Sunroof Description and Operation

Power Sunroof

Battery positive voltage is supplied to the sunroof control module from the SUNROOF fuse. Ignition voltage is supplied to the sunroof switch from the MIRROR/SUNROOF fuse. The sunroof switch provides a voltage signal to the sunroof control module through the appropriate signal circuit. The sunroof control module then applies voltage to one of the motor control circuits according to the sunroof direction selected. When the sunroof reaches the end of it's travel, a limit switch is engaged and a signal is sent to the sunroof control module to stop the motor.
