CYLINDER HEAD BOLT RE-USABILITY

Notice: This component uses torque-to-yield bolts. When servicing this component do not reuse the bolts, New torque-to-yield bolts must be installed. Reusing used torque-to-yield bolts will not provide proper bolt torque and clamp load. Failure to install NEW torque-to-yield bolts may lead to engine damage.

INTAKE MANIFOLD

Lower Intake Manifold Bolt - Center
First Pass 13 Nm (10 lb ft)
Final Pass 20 Nm (15 lb ft)

Lower Intake Manifold Bolt - Corner
First Pass 13 Nm (10 lb ft)
Final Pass 25 N.m (18 lb ft)

Upper Intake Manifold Bolt/Stud 25 Nm (18 lb ft)

MAIN BEARING CAP

Bearing Cap Bolts
First Pass 50 Nm (37 lb ft)
Final Pass 77 degrees

ROD BEARING CAP

Connecting Rod Bearing Cap Bolt
First Pass 25 Nm (18 lb ft)
Final Pass 110 degrees

CRANKSHAFT PULLEY

Crankshaft balancer bolt
first pass 125 Nm (92 lb ft)
final pass 130 degrees

FLYWHEEL/FLEXPLATE A/T

Flywheel bolts 70 Nm (52 lb ft)

OIL PUMP

Oil Pump Cover Bolt 10 Nm (89 lb in)
Oil Pump Drive Bolt 36 Nm (27 lb ft)
Oil Pump Mounting Bolt 41 Nm (30 lb ft)

EXHAUST MANIFOLD (LEFT AND RIGHT)

Exhaust manifold bolts 20 Nm (15 lb ft)

WATER PUMP

Water Pump Bolts 25 Nm (18 lb ft)
